The Part Time Universal Banker position is a regular, 20-hour per week role with a 1st shift work schedule. The primary responsibilities include completing client transactions accurately and efficiently, providing superior client service by understanding and addressing their financial needs, and supporting sales and service activities. This includes assisting with outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. The role also involves educating clients on digital banking solutions and participating in team sales processes and leadership routines. Continuous learning of products and policies is essential, as is adherence to internal controls and risk management policies. The Universal Banker will also serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
