The Universal Banker position is a regular, full-time role with a 1st shift work schedule. The primary responsibilities include completing client transactions efficiently and accurately, providing superior customer service, identifying client financial needs, and supporting sales activities through outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). The role also involves educating clients on digital banking solutions, participating in team sales processes, and understanding the importance of IRM to deliver Truist expertise. Additionally, Universal Bankers are expected to participate in leadership routines, continuously advance their product knowledge, adhere to internal controls and risk management policies, and serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
