The Universal Banker PT/20 position in Miami Beach South is a regular, full-time role on the 1st shift. This position involves providing timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of monies. The role requires delivering superior quality service, identifying and understanding client financial needs, and cross-training to support sales and service activities, with a focus on outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. The Universal Banker will engage clients with a smile, facilitate courteous conversation, conduct both complex and standardized transactions, and uncover client needs. They will also educate clients on digital self-service solutions, support the team sales process through outbound calls, and understand the importance of IRM to seamlessly deliver Truist expertise. Participation in established Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines, commitment to advancing individual and product knowledge, adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies are also key aspects of the role. The Universal Banker will serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering applicable products and services.
