About The Position

As a key member of our Customer Service team, you’ll build meaningful relationships, provide exceptional support, and collaborate across departments to ensure customer needs and branch operations are handled seamlessly. We’re looking for individuals who bring integrity, ownership, teamwork, and a passion for delivering outstanding service. We are currently searching for high-potential people to join our teams at our Central Texas locations. This position will be based out of our Temple offices and will be expected to float between our Salado, Holland, and Temple locations as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum: BA/BS and 2+ years of banking experience; or the equivalent combination of education and experience, which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job duties of this position.
  • Optimistic, internally motivated, team-oriented personality; and,
  • Ability to make decisions, create change, and help grow a company – while growing yourself.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and visitors — in person or over the phone — with a friendly, professional approach, and connect them with the right resources when needed.
  • Support customers with day-to-day needs, from answering questions about their accounts to helping them navigate our full range of products and services.
  • Play a key role in building lasting relationships with customers by learning their needs, earning their trust, and offering helpful solutions.
  • Open new accounts while ensuring all required documentation is collected and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Assist with a variety of banking services, including debit card requests, safe deposit box access, check orders, and account updates.
  • Step in on the teller line when needed to process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions with accuracy and care.
  • Help manage incoming calls, take messages, provide information, and ensure calls are routed to the appropriate team members.
  • Other duties as assigned and/or taken on.
