The Universal Banker position is a part-time role requiring 20 hours per week. The Universal Banker will provide a distinctive client experience, educate clients on digital self-service solutions, support the team's sales process through client outreach, and understand the importance of IRM to deliver Truist expertise. The role also includes participating in leadership routines, advancing product knowledge through training, adhering to internal controls and policies, and serving as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
