The Universal Banker position is a part-time role requiring 20 hours per week, with a Saturday shift being mandatory. This role involves completing client transactions efficiently and accurately, handling money properly, and delivering superior client service by understanding their financial needs. The position also requires cross-training to support sales and service activities, with a focus on outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. The Universal Banker will engage clients, educate them on digital banking solutions, support the team's sales process through outbound calls, and understand the importance of IRM to deliver Truist expertise. They will also participate in leadership routines, commit to continuous learning of products and services, adhere to internal controls and policies, and serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
