Under general supervision, while conforming to established compliance policies and procedures, is responsible for providing high quality customer service in the following activities: demand deposit, savings and loan transactions, check cashing, ATM servicing, balancing and selling monetary instruments. Assists customers with Electronic Banking and Mobile Banking issues. Cross-sells bank services and makes product referrals as part of the Retail Incentive Program and utilization of the CRM System. Will attend training sessions and participate in training exercises for the Retail Incentive Program. Receives training on various banking topics via the BAI on-line training system. Balances each days transactions and verifies cash totals. Assists other tellers with balancing, resolving problem situations as required. Opens new deposit accounts of all types including Safe Deposit. Takes travel club reservations, prepares correspondence and does retail account file maintenance. Will be cross-trained to perform other job functions as needed. Will perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
