Universal Banker (CSR)-McLean Branch
About The Position
The Universal Banker role responds to customers' needs by processing routine banking transactions at the teller window or on the platform under minimal supervision, and provides flexibility of coverage for the branch. This role engages in a broad range of sales and service activities to provide a superior level of customer service. Responsibilities include opening new accounts, handling teller transactions, marketing and cross-selling bank products and services, resolving complex customer service issues, utilizing banking knowledge to identify additional sales and service opportunities, building rapport to engage prospects in a banking relationship and enhance existing customer relationships, referring customers to other banking services and other bank personnel as appropriate, and performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Requires basic knowledge of job procedures & tools obtained through work experience
- Typically requires 2+ years relevant experience
- May require vocational or technical training
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time & lift objects up to 30lbs
