The Universal Banker position is a part-time role (20 hours per week) responsible for completing client transactions accurately and efficiently while providing superior customer service. This role involves identifying and understanding client financial needs, cross-training in sales and service activities, and assisting with outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. The position requires adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, as well as continuous learning to enhance product and service knowledge.
