The Universal Banker position is a part-time role requiring 20 hours per week. This role focuses on providing excellent client service, completing financial transactions accurately, and identifying client needs. The Universal Banker will also support sales activities, including outbound calling and assisting with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). The position involves educating clients on digital banking solutions, participating in team sales processes, and understanding the importance of IRM to deliver Truist expertise. Additionally, the role requires participation in leadership routines, continuous learning of products and services, adherence to internal controls and policies, and serving as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
