About The Position
Horicon Bank in Central Wisconsin is actively seeking a productive full-time Universal Banker to float between our Horicon, Beaver Dam, Waupun, Randolph, Markesan, and Neosho locations. Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of experience in a customer service or related field
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks
- Attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexible schedule
- Travel is required
Nice To Haves
- Previous banking experience desired
- Understanding of bank products and services, including the rules, regulations, policies and procedures
Responsibilities
- Growing relationships and sharing about the great products and services that Horicon Bank offers.
- Greeting customers and providing valuable assistance.
- Opening and maintaining accounts.
- Processing financial transactions in branch and virtually.
- Assisting the team with information about internal bank operations.
