Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of teller experience in a financial institution.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable learning and using banking technology and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and following all banking regulations.

Responsibilities

Open new accounts and assist customers with account maintenance.
Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other teller transactions accurately.
Assist customers with online and mobile banking services.
Help customers access safe deposit boxes.
Identify customer needs and recommend products and services that may benefit them.
Balance your cash drawer and follow established cash handling procedures.
Complete wire transfer documentation and other operational forms.
Support branch operations while maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Work collaboratively with your team to provide outstanding service every day.
