About The Position

C&N is seeking a dynamic individual to join their dedicated team as a Universal Banker. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to interact with customers daily, providing them with outstanding service. Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Less than 1 year of previously related experience and/or training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Well-developed abilities and/or proven record of success in multitasking.
  • Well-developed abilities and/or proven record of success in being detail oriented.
  • Well-developed abilities and/or proven record of success in strong communication.
  • Well-developed abilities and/or proven record of success in technical skills.
  • Business Insight: Understands business operations, market trends, and applies knowledge to drive results.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a high level of customer service, greeting customers and facilitating a welcoming and customer‐focused environment.
  • Actively engaging in meaningful conversation with customers in order to seek a thorough understanding of their complete financial needs.
  • Accurately processing transactions, new account openings, and other branch related tasks in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promoting C&N products and services by identifying cross-sell and referral opportunities to meet customers’ needs.
  • Providing support and coverage for other branch locations as needed, which may require travel within the region.
