The Universal Banker position is a regular, full-time role with a 1st shift work schedule. The primary responsibilities include providing timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of monies. The role also focuses on delivering superior client service, identifying and understanding client financial needs, and supporting sales and service activities, particularly with outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). The position requires educating clients on digital self-service solutions and participating in team sales processes. Adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies is essential. The Universal Banker also serves as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
