About The Position
Universal Banker at Utah First Credit Union's Woods Cross, Utah branch. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their financial needs, processing transactions, promoting credit union products, and meeting loan production targets. The branch operates from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday to Friday and rotating Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum age: 18
- Previous experience in customer service
- Previous experience in financial services
- Knowledge of consumer lending practices
- Strong proficiency in cash handling
- Detail-oriented
- Customer-centric
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
