Float Universal Bankers will be required to travel to multiple branches as assigned by the Area Leader and/or Branch Leader. This role involves providing timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies assigned. The Universal Banker will deliver superior quality service, identifying and understanding the client’s financial needs, and will be cross-trained to support sales and service activities as needed. The position requires providing a distinctive client experience, educating clients on digital self-service solutions, supporting the team with client servicing calls and offers, and participating in established Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines. A commitment to advancing knowledge through training and adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies are essential. The role serves as a point of contact for account maintenance, problem resolution, and identifying solutions and services. Float Universal Bankers are assigned to a home branch but will support multiple branches within their designated coverage area, with schedules provided in advance but subject to change based on staffing needs. Direction will be received from the Branch Leader of the location being supported.
