The Universal Banker position is responsible for the timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies. This role delivers superior quality service by identifying and understanding client financial needs. The Universal Banker is cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a particular focus on assisting with outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. This role involves engaging clients with a smile, facilitating courteous conversation, conducting both complex and standardized transactions, and uncovering client needs. Additionally, the Universal Banker educates clients on digital, self-service solutions to enhance their banking experience and supports the team's sales process through client outreach and identifying opportunities. The position requires adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, and serves as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
