About The Position

Horicon Bank in Southeastern Wisconsin is actively seeking a productive full-time Universal Banker to float between our Appleton, Fond du Lac, Green Lake, Oshkosh and Ripon locations. This role is for an individual passionate about providing financial services to the community and working for a continuously growing company. The Universal Banker plays a vital role in growing relationships and sharing information about the bank's products and services. The position involves greeting customers, opening and maintaining accounts, processing financial transactions, and assisting the team with internal bank operations. Horicon Bank has been serving Wisconsin for over 120 years with 19 locations, focusing on customer service, supporting local businesses, and meeting the financial needs of its communities. Requirements

High School Diploma
2 years of experience in a customer service or related field
Flexible schedule
Strong communication skills
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks
Attention to detail
Ability to remain calm under pressure

Nice To Haves

Previous banking experience desired
Understanding of bank products and services, including the rules, regulations, policies and procedures
