The Universal Banker position involves providing timely and efficient client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of monies. The role requires delivering superior quality service by identifying and understanding client financial needs. This position is cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a focus on assisting with outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. The Universal Banker will provide a distinctive client experience, educate clients on digital solutions, support the team sales process through outbound calls, and understand the importance of IRM to deliver Truist expertise. They will participate in leadership routines, commit to advancing product knowledge, adhere to internal controls and risk management policies, and serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
