The Universal Banker position is a regular, full-time role that requires English fluency and involves working the 1st shift. This includes assisting with outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. The role aims to deliver a distinctive client experience, educate clients on digital banking solutions, and participate in team sales processes. Additionally, the Universal Banker is expected to understand IRM principles, engage in leadership routines, continuously advance product knowledge through training, adhere to internal controls and policies, and serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
