The Universal Banker position is a part-time role (20 hours per week) that requires Saturday availability. This role involves completing client transactions efficiently and accurately, handling money, and providing superior client service by understanding and addressing their financial needs. The position also supports sales and service activities, including outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Key responsibilities include delivering a distinctive client experience, educating clients on digital banking solutions, supporting the team's sales process through outreach, understanding IRM, participating in leadership routines, continuously improving product knowledge through training, adhering to internal controls and policies, and serving as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
