The Universal Banker position is responsible for the timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies. This role delivers superior quality service by identifying and understanding client financial needs. The Universal Banker is cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a particular focus on assisting with outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. This role provides a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, conducting transactions, and uncovering needs. They educate clients on digital, self-service solutions and support the team sales process through client outreach. The Universal Banker understands the importance of IRM for seamless delivery of expertise and solutions. They participate in leadership routines, commit to advancing individual and product knowledge, and adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies. This role also serves as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering applicable products and services.
