The Universal Banker position is a regular, full-time role that requires English language fluency and involves working the 1st shift in the United States. This role focuses on providing excellent client service by efficiently completing transactions, identifying client needs, and educating them on digital banking solutions. The Universal Banker also supports sales activities through outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM), while adhering to operational procedures and risk management policies. They will also serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
