Creativity and energy in modeling Q2 Service and Sales programs, ensuring goals are achieved while meeting quality standards

Responsibilities

Assisting customers with account inquiries
Processing transactions
Providing financial product information tailored to their needs
Identifying opportunities to enhance customer experiences by offering personalized solutions
Opening, closing, and servicing various deposit products
Processing loans with proficiency
Executing Universal Banker functions, including balancing cash drawers and managing ATM and vault settlements
Participating in local initiatives
