The Universal Banker PT (20hrs) position is a regular, full-time role requiring English fluency and a 1st shift work schedule. This role focuses on providing timely and efficient client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper money handling. The Universal Banker will deliver superior client service, identify client financial needs, and be cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a focus on outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. The position involves educating clients on digital self-service solutions, participating in team sales processes through outbound calls, and understanding the importance of IRM to deliver Truist expertise. The role requires active participation in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines, commitment to continuous learning of products and services, and adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies. The Universal Banker will also serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering applicable products and services.
