The Universal Banker position involves providing timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies. The role requires delivering superior quality service by identifying and understanding client financial needs. This position is cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a focus on assisting with outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. The Universal Banker will provide a distinctive client experience, educate clients on digital self-service solutions, support the team sales process through client outreach, and participate fully in established Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines. A commitment to advancing individual and product knowledge through training is essential, as is adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies. The role also serves as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
