The Universal Banker position involves providing timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies assigned. The role requires delivering superior quality service, identifying and understanding client financial needs, and being cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a particular focus on assisting with outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. Essential duties include providing a distinctive client experience, educating clients on digital self-service solutions, supporting the team sales process through outbound calls, understanding IRM, participating in leadership routines, committing to advancing individual and product knowledge, adhering to internal controls and risk management policies, and serving as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
