The Universal Banker position is a regular, full-time role that requires English fluency and involves working the 1st shift. This role focuses on providing timely and efficient client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of monies. The Universal Banker will deliver superior quality service, identify and understand client financial needs, and be cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a particular focus on assisting with outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. The position involves engaging clients, facilitating courteous conversation, conducting both complex and standardized transactions, and educating clients on digital self-service solutions. Support for the team sales process includes client outreach through outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities. Understanding IRM is crucial for seamlessly delivering Truist expertise and solutions. The role requires full participation in established Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines and a commitment to advancing individual and product knowledge through training. Adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies is essential. The Universal Banker will also serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering applicable products and services.
