The Universal Banker II position is a regular, full-time role with a 1st shift work schedule. The primary responsibilities include providing timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies. The role also focuses on delivering superior quality service by identifying and understanding client financial needs. This position is cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a particular focus on assisting with outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. The goal is to provide a distinctive client experience, educate clients on digital self-service solutions, support the team sales process through client outreach, and understand the importance of IRM to seamlessly deliver Truist expertise and solutions. The Universal Banker II is expected to participate fully in leadership routines, commit to advancing individual and product knowledge, adhere to internal controls and operational procedures, and serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
