The Universal Banker II position is responsible for the timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies. This role delivers superior quality service by identifying and understanding client financial needs. The Universal Banker II is cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a particular focus on assisting with outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. Essential duties include providing a distinctive client experience, educating clients on digital self-service solutions, supporting the team sales process through client outreach, understanding IRM, participating in leadership routines, committing to advancing individual and product knowledge, adhering to internal controls and operational procedures, and serving as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
