About The Position

We are seeking a Universal Banker to be one of the front faces of the Bank and our customer’s go-to person for service excellence and consultative management of their banking needs. As a floater, routine travel is required between our four branch locations: Winter Park, Downtown Orlando, Mount Dora, and St. Petersburg. You’ll combine the precision of teller transactions with the energy of sales and relationship-building, giving you the opportunity to engage customers across multiple channels. You’ll be empowered to promote Climate First Bank’s full suite of products and services, while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a customer-first mindset in every interaction.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service or sales. Banking experience preferred. Retail or sales environment acceptable.
  • Cash handling experience and strong sales instincts.
  • Customer-first service mindset.
