Float Universal Bankers will be required to travel to multiple branches as assigned by the Area Leader and/or Branch Leader. This role involves providing timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and thorough proper handling of all monies assigned. The position also requires delivering superior quality service, identifying and understanding the client’s financial needs, and being cross-trained to support sales and service activities as needed. Specific activities may change from time to time. The role provides a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, facilitating courteous conversation, conducting complex and standardized transactions, and uncovering needs. It also involves educating clients on digital, self-service solutions, supporting the team with client servicing calls and presenting offers, and participating fully in established Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines. Continuous learning through training classes and web-based learning is expected, along with adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies. The Float Universal Banker serves as a point of contact for account maintenance, problem resolution, and identifying solutions and services. Float Universal Bankers will be assigned to a home branch but will be scheduled to support multiple branches within their designated coverage area. Schedules will be provided in advance but may change based on staffing needs. Float teammates will receive direction from the Branch Leader of the location they are working in on any designated day/week.
