Float Universal Bankers will be required to travel to multiple branches as assigned by the Area Leader and/or Branch Leader. This role involves providing timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and thorough proper handling of all monies assigned. The Universal Banker will also deliver superior quality service, identifying and understanding the client’s financial needs, and will be cross-trained to support sales and service activities as needed. The position requires providing a distinctive client experience, educating clients on digital self-service solutions, supporting the team by making client servicing calls, and participating fully in established Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines. A commitment to advancing knowledge through training and adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies are essential. The Float Universal Banker serves as a point of contact for account maintenance, problem resolution, and identifying solutions and services, referring clients to appropriate team members or specialists. While assigned to a home branch, they will support multiple branches within their designated coverage area, with schedules provided in advance but subject to change based on staffing needs. Float teammates will receive direction from the Branch Leader of the location they are working in.
