About The Position
At American Bank & Trust, no two days are exactly the same. We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Float Universal Banker to support multiple branch locations. Requirements
- High School Diploma or recognized equivalent required
- 1+ years of customer service experience required
- Comfortable handling cash and technology
- Enjoys meeting goals and helping customers succeed
- A team player who likes working with and supporting others
Nice To Haves
- Experience in retail sales preferred
- Experience in a professional financial environment preferred
- Cash handling and transactional experience preferred
- Bilingual Speakers (English and Spanish)
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide exceptional service
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions accurately
- Open new accounts and help customers find the right banking solutions
- Build relationships and connect customers with products and services that fit their needs
- Answer questions, solve problems, and support branch operations
- Balance your cash drawer and assist with vault balancing
- Support teammates and help create a positive branch culture
- Follow security procedures and maintain customer confidentiality
