Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Cash handling experience preferred
  • Good math skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to solve issues for all kinds of clients with professionalism and patience
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage time well and prioritize multiple tasks effectively

Responsibilities

  • Providing a variety of paying and receiving functions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers' checks, money orders, and cash advances.
  • Balancing each day's transactions and verifying cash totals.
  • Performing other specific assigned side-jobs.
  • Assisting other Bank Tellers with a variety of duties.
  • Opening new accounts.
  • Consulting with clients on loan applications.
  • Punctually attending meetings.
  • Interacting with clients.
  • Keeping workspace clean and organized.
  • Ensuring members are promptly and professionally served.
  • Ensuring member information is secure and confidential.
