About The Position

Looking for qualified Unit Supervisor (RN or LPN) to join our team! This is a full-time position with hours Friday through Sunday 7am-7pm plus a monthly on-call rotation. The ideal candidate is a compassionate and skilled RN or LPN with leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As a Unit Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring residents receive exceptional care while supporting and developing a strong team of nurses and CNAs. Requirements

Active RN or LPN License in good standing.
At least 3 years of nursing experience (preferred in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting).
Minimum 1 year of nursing leadership or administrative experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for patient-centered care and team development.

Responsibilities

Oversee Clinical Nurses and Nurse Assistants to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.
Conduct comprehensive medical assessments, implement treatment plans, and ensure compliance with care standards.
Ensure adequate staffing coverage, assist in hiring, and support team development.
Maintain accurate resident records and ensure adherence to state and federal regulations.
Work with families and staff to address grievances and maintain resident rights.
Mentor nursing staff and participate in training programs, including Preceptor Training.
Implement new ideas and processes to enhance patient outcomes and facility operations.
