About The Position

Under the direction of the Program Director or designee, performs duties in directing the work efforts of assigned staff, ABA and behavioral support program functions, and day-to-day operations of the program staff tasks; performs related work as required.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a human service field.
• Two (2) years experience as an applied behavior analysis aide/technician for children with autism.
• Must be willing and able to work weekends, holidays, or irregular hours.
• Must have a valid Michigan Driver’s License, current automobile insurance, and the use of a personal vehicle during work hours.
• Ability to physically perform the tasks.

• Individual with leadership experience supervising others.
• Individual actively working toward attainment of Bachelor’s degree in human service field with expected degree completion within one year of hire.
