About The Position

Requirements

High school graduate or GED.

Responsibilities

Greet and guide patients and visitors professionally, provide updates, and help them feel informed and supported.
Maintain patient records accurately, enter physician orders, and protect patient information.
Handle communications between incoming callers and care team members promptly and clearly.
Keep the environment clean, organized, and well-stocked to promote safety and comfort.
Take initiative to solve challenges, support daily operations, and foster respect and teamwork.
