The Community Service Board of Middle Georgia (CSBMG) is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Unit Secretary to join our new Behavioral Health Crisis Center (BHCC) in Dublin, Georgia. This state-of-the-art, 40-bed facility includes 24 Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) beds and 16 Temporary Observation (TO) beds, providing comprehensive behavioral health crisis services to both voluntary and involuntary individuals in a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment. The Unit Secretary serves as a vital administrative support role for the nursing and interdisciplinary treatment teams by ensuring accurate communication, maintaining patient records, coordinating workflow, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the nursing station. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with clinical staff, outside facilities, and other departments. As this is a newly established program, job duties and workflows may evolve to meet the operational needs of the Behavioral Health Crisis Center. Employees are expected to remain flexible and adaptable as processes are refined to support high-quality patient care and efficient unit operations.
