About The Position
Seeking Unit Secretary! Full-time, 7:00p-7:00a, Days vary, Rotates weekends. Baptist Health Floyd Southern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky area. We are seeking a Unit Secretary who under general supervision and according to established procedures functions as an on-shift team member under the direction of the nurse by providing clinical support. This position performs routine non-patient care tasks including patient transportation, requisition, stocking and organization of unit supplies and maintenance tasks as designated.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Keyboarding, computer experience and use of computer and office related equipment required
Responsibilities
- Functions as an on-shift team member under the direction of the nurse by providing clinical support
- Performs routine non-patient care tasks including patient transportation, requisition, stocking and organization of unit supplies and maintenance tasks as designated
