Under the direct supervision of the Emergency Room Manager, the employee is required to work assigned shifts and is subject to overtime and call back and holiday hours as circumstances dictate. The employee is subject to call back and overtime as required by the hospital. This role involves communicating with patients and their families, routing telephone calls, preparing transfer documentation, and adhering to hospital policies and procedures. The position also requires participation in problem-solving activities and contributing to a positive work environment.
