About The Position

Accel is seeking an experienced Unit Manager. This role involves overseeing nursing services, in addition to care provided by LVNs, RNs, and Nurse Managers. The facility offers a wide range of onsite services including activities, clinical laboratory, dental, dietary, housekeeping, mental health, nursing, occupational therapy, pharmacy, physician extender, physical therapy, physician, podiatry, social work, speech/language pathology, and diagnostic x-ray services. Requirements

• Current Texas LVN or RN Nursing License
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Previous long-term care or comparable hospital experience
• At least 6 months of management experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing services.
• Provide care in addition to LVNs, RNs, & Nurse Managers.
