About The Position
NOW HIRING: RN UNIT MANAGER. This is a Day Shift, Full-Time position that requires working every other weekend. The role is for a strong leader with a passion for resident-centered care, offering an opportunity to take the next step in a nursing career and make a meaningful impact. The position offers a day shift schedule, full-time stability, alternating weekends & holidays, and a leadership opportunity in a supportive environment.
Requirements
- Current Wisconsin RN License
- MDS experience (required)
- Strong leadership & communication skills

- Prior supervisory experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Complete assessments, MDS, and care plans
- Perform medication administration & treatments
- Conduct chart audits
- Manage admissions & discharge planning
- Ensure compliance with State & Federal regulations
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff
- Drive quality assurance initiatives
