Unit Manager (RN/LPN)

This role involves assisting with the overall management of the nursing department, supporting planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining resident discharge procedures, reviewing and ensuring accurate charting and documentation of nursing care, and collaborating with leadership to maintain clinical excellence and regulatory compliance. The Unit Manager will also promote a positive, supportive environment for residents and staff.
Requirements
- Current RN or LPN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum 3 years of long-term care experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and dependable attendance
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of residents
Responsibilities
