About The Position

The Pines at Bristol, an affiliate of National Health Care Associates, is seeking a Unit Manager (RN) for the day shift. This role involves overseeing and coordinating nursing staff within a dedicated unit to ensure the delivery of quality care, foster a positive work environment, and promote the health, comfort, and well-being of residents. Requirements

Valid state RN nursing license
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Advanced degree or certification preferred
Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate the nursing staff within a dedicated unit.
