About The Position

CareOne at Essex Park in Beverly, MA is seeking an RN Unit Manager/Shift Supervisor. This role offers a compensation range of $106,000 - $114,000, based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. The RN Unit Manager/Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and oversight of all nursing activities within the facility during their shift. This includes ensuring adherence to State and Federal Regulations, as well as Facility Policy and Procedures, to maintain the highest degree of quality care. The position also involves serving as the Administration's representative in the facility in the absence of the Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, and Administrator, and carrying delegated administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility.
• Actively licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN)

Nice To Haves

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or and accredited RN program is preferred.
• Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program and currently enrolled in an approved RN program and actively pursuing an RN Licensure.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing and knowledge of Long Term Care Federal Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day to day coordination and oversight of all aspects of nursing activities of the facility during her/his tour of duty.
• Assure that State and Federal Regulations as well as Facility Policy and Procedures are adhered to and the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
• Serve as Administration's representation in the facility in the absence of the Director of Nursing, the Assistant Director of Nursing and the Administrator.
• Delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out his/her assigned duties.
