Elderwood of Lakeside at Brockport is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Unit Manager to provide clinical and operational leadership for one of their nursing units. This is a visible, hands-on leadership position for an RN who can bring structure, accountability, sound clinical judgment, and consistent support to a nursing team. The Unit Manager will partner closely with the Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, providers, rehabilitation professionals, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to strengthen nursing practice, employee performance, and resident outcomes. The role involves meaningful accountability for the unit, with support from onsite partnership and the broader clinical resources of Elderwood Administrative Services. Elderwood of Lakeside at Brockport is a 120-bed skilled nursing community offering long-term and memory care, subacute rehabilitation, IV therapy, and various specialized services. This clinical variety provides opportunities to strengthen nursing practice, develop employee competencies, coordinate interdisciplinary care, and build relationships with residents and families. The position offers 24-hour oversight and accountability for the assigned unit, primarily on a day-shift schedule with flexibility. Facility clinical teams receive support from Elderwood Administrative Services, including organizational-wide clinical leadership and an assigned Regional Nurse Consultant.
