About The Position

Conducting 10-11 occupied unit inspections daily, utilizing a maintenance IPAD. Visual inspection of apartment unit for cleanliness, holes in walls or flooring, working electricity, windows Etc. Regularly inspect the property's systems and structures to ensure they are in good condition and functioning properly. This includes safety systems like sprinklers and fire alarms. Also helping maintenance staff with additional administrative duties, including the maintenance IPADs and closing out work orders.

Requirements

• Ability to conduct 10-11 occupied unit inspections daily
• Proficiency in using a maintenance IPAD
• Ability to visually inspect apartment units for various conditions
• Ability to inspect property systems and structures
• Ability to assist with administrative duties

Responsibilities

• Conducting 10-11 occupied unit inspections daily
• Utilizing a maintenance IPAD for inspections
• Visually inspecting apartment units for cleanliness, holes in walls or flooring, working electricity, windows, etc.
• Regularly inspecting the property's systems and structures to ensure they are in good condition and functioning properly, including safety systems like sprinklers and fire alarms
• Assisting maintenance staff with additional administrative duties, including managing maintenance IPADs and closing out work orders
