About The Position

Responsible for achieving high-quality programmatic, strategic, and operational execution (budget, human resources, processes, administration, among others) that produces impact results in children and youth. Use the tools offered through the programs, the safety guides, as well as the mentoring to achieve the impact objectives. Ensure the inclusion of diverse components of the community: parents, school staff, and community leaders for a greater impact on youth.

Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration, Social Sciences, Arts or Education from an accredited university
Three (3) years of experience working in high-risk communities and managing projects, budgets and work plans.
Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Personnel and Human Resources — Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
Public Safety and Security — Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions.
Making Decisions and Solving Problems — Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates — Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance and facilitate the integration of leaders for the effective implementation of programs.
Responsible for meeting the programmatic objectives of the proposals that subsidize operations, providing timely and accurate information, and implementing programmatic commitments efficiently.
Implement programs to guarantee the quality and satisfaction of the club's participants.
Develop mentoring and support relationships with children and youth as the primary leader of club programs and will ensure the inclusion of other leaders, based on MDJ, youth participation, and the Relationships Model.
Guarantee training to all staff aligned to the implementation of the Programmatic Offer.
Lead the implementation of the established Programmatic Offer and provide the organization with data-based results on established outcomes.
Management operations management to comply with KPIS indicators.
Guarantee that exercises are carried out to collect the voice of the customer and the results are translated into the programmatic offer.
Ensures to include best practices that benefit children and youth and promote internal BGCPR processes.
Responsible for establishing a leadership role in the community served and ensuring positive experiences for children, youth, and parent members in the Club.
Develop ties of solidarity with other Clubs, other non-profit organizations, and government agencies.
Implement the BGCPR leadership program that promotes a healthy work environment to achieve the development of supportive relationships between leaders and participants.
Ensures safety, which includes the standards determined for the official vehicle and the safety policy that ensures the physical, emotional, and psychological health of the children and youth of the club.
Will use impact measurement tools, which include but are not limited to action plans, evaluation tools, and programming to achieve the objectives with the participating children, youth, and parents.
Plan, organize, direct, and effectively control the operations of the unit under his charge, which included but is not limited to monthly reports, budget management, statistical data of the Unit, and programmatic fidelity, among others.
Perform any other task requested by the supervisor.
Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority and skill of personnel.
Provide guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.

Identify the developmental needs of others, developing formal educational or training initiatives, such as coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills.
Confer with personnel, to coordinate work activities, resolve employee grievances, or identify and review resources needed.
Inspect and monitor work areas, examine tools and equipment, and provide employee safety training to prevent, detect, and correct unsafe conditions or violations of procedures and safety rules
Recommend or initiate personnel actions, such as hires, promotions, transfers, discharges, or disciplinary measures.
