About The Position

Performs a variety of secretarial duties including answering phone, entering orders into computer system and maintains integrity of patient charts.

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Ability to exercise discretion and use good judgment to perform duties promptly and consistently with little direction
  • Work is subject to general review only and requires considerable accuracy and responsibility
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Ability to recognize problem situations and refer them to the appropriate staff member

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced education in the health coordinator field
  • Six (6) months experience in health care or other comparable field
  • Healthcare Unit Coordinator certification
